1. Data Controller
1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how Previx (the Controller) collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of its users, in strict compliance with Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
2. Data Collected, Purpose, and Legal Basis
2.1. Previx collects the following personal data:
Registration Data
Full name, National ID (CPF), Email, Phone
Required for identification, account creation, and tax/regulatory compliance.

Financial Data
PIX keys, Transaction history
Used to process deposits and withdrawals.

Technical and Web3 Data
Wallet address, IP address, Device data
Used to provision the invisible wallet, audit transactions, and ensure the platform functions properly.

3. Collection of Location (GPS) and Media Data
3.1. The platform only collects georeferenced location data (GPS) and media files (photos) when the user actively interacts with the Intel Exchange module.
3.2. This collection is intended to attest to the veracity of submitted evidence. The user will be notified at the time of capture and the app will request the operating system's permission. Legal Basis: Data subject's consent · Legitimate interest in ecosystem security.
4. Data Sharing With Third Parties
4.1. Previx does not sell your personal data. Sharing occurs in a restricted and strictly necessary manner with the following operational partners:
Mercado Pago: For payment processing, financial transaction validation, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
Thirdweb: For provisioning and integrating wallets (Embedded Wallets) into the blockchain infrastructure.
Cloud Providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Neon): For storage in secure databases (PostgreSQL) and hosting of the platform.
5. Data Retention
5.1. Personal data is stored for as long as the user's account remains active.
5.2. In the event of account closure, Previx may retain financial transaction data and basic identification (Name and CPF) for a period of up to 5 (five) years to comply with legal and tax obligations and to defend against any administrative or judicial proceedings, as provided for under the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet) and consumer protection legislation.
6. Data Subject Rights (LGPD)
6.1. As a data subject, the user has the right to:
- Confirm the existence of data processing
- Access their personal data
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data
- Request data portability (in accordance with ANPD regulations)
- Revoke previously given consent (such as GPS permission)
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
7.1. The platform uses strictly necessary cookies to keep login sessions active and ensure traffic security.
7.2. Analytics and marketing cookies will only be activated upon acceptance in the user's preference banner on their first visit to the site.
8. Information Security
8.1. We use high-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, or alteration, including database encryption, TLS/SSL communication, and transactional isolation levels (Serializable).
